Items may be returned for a refund or store credit.  Please email customerservice@kidscombatzone.com to indicate your intention to return an item and the reason for the return.  We will provide you with a physical address to mail the item back to us.  

Returned items must be in the original box.  Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt of the item (as determined by the original shipping tracking #).  Refunds may be issued either in the same form as the original payment type, or as a store credit redeemable on your next purchase.  The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable and the item must be returned to us at your expense.
